Our lawyers have extensive knowledge and experience in human rights adjudication within the African Human Rights System. We have represented and defended human rights both within the domestic courts, in jurisdictions around the world, and at various specialist regional and international human rights bodies, including, for example, African Commission on Human and People’s Rights.
Our Team
Sofia Rajab-Leteipan, Managing Partner
Sofia is a feminist lawyer practicing in the areas of women’s rights, child rights & protection, civil litigation and human trafficking among other disciplines. Sofia has amassed expertise in law reform, democratic governance and constitutionalism. She is passionate about using constitutional and human rights law to address systemic deficits in the protection of marginalized groups and communities and challenging legislation, policy decisions and administrative action offending the Constitution of Kenya and fundamental rights in international law.
